I think it’s time…

There’s a few things I realized in the last day…

I think it’s time that I stop looking at the Smokey Chuck Project (or it’s inspiration Daily Chuck) right before I go to bed. This produces some WEIRD dreams.

I think it’s time that I turn off the air conditioner at home. I live on the lower level – and because of issues I’ve had in the past with people knocking on my windows – I keep everything closed up at night… which can tend to lead to a stuffy bedroom. However, when I put the extra blanket on my bed last night – I realized that maybe, just *maybe*, I should turn off the air. Although I’m holding off on turning on the heat too soon.

I think it’s time that I realize that I may not want to work my part time job the night before I have to drive to Detroit for my full-time job. This whole getting about 4 hours of sleep before a road trip isn’t the smartest thing…

On a not-so-unrelated note… I think it’s time I realize that I can stay awake at the part time job without the caffeine. Maybe I should stick to cutting it out by 4-5pm daily so that I can fall asleep easier for said road trip.

And finally…

I think it’s time I set a new goal for the gym. Since I’m working there part time now… as I was driving home last night I thought “I wonder if I can spend more time working out at the gym next month than working.”. So there’s a new goal for October. Right now I’m scheduled for about 35 hours… which means I would have to work out (on average) a little more than an hour each day. I think it can be done. Right???
