It’s a double post day… I know crazy of me huh… but maybe this is my way of making this a good day – especially on a day that seems to go against me in recent memory. Tonight I caught up on some much needed blog reading… trying to get out of this funk I’ve been in… and came across Beth Moore’s Living Proof Ministries blog. I forgot how much I need the encouragement from Beth, Amanda & Melissa on a daily – or at least one or two times a week – basis… it just makes things right.

Thirty-one & looking back…

Yes, I turned another year older today, and well… to be perfectly honest it has already hitting me hard – for a week now. There are a few reasons for this, but I don’t really understand them all. Why now? Why this birthday? You might think that turning 30 was difficult for me, nope… but 31, for some reason it hit me hard. Yes, I will be thirty-one. THIRTY-ONE!! How can this be? New Year… No Limits

On Saturday, I decided that I wanted to share my goals for 2008 here… so I decided I had to come up with some.

My 2008 “Goals”:

– Run a 5k.
– Travel to a place I have never been before (or 2).
– Make an effort to see friends I haven’t seen in a while.
– Achieve my Weight Watchers Lifetime Goal.
